Processing Support Agent – Day Shift

About the role

The Order Processing Support Agent manages the full order processing cycle, from entry to releasing orders to production, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the Goldstar Order Processing Application (GOPA) and upload related documents.
• Review order details for completeness, including quantities, pricing, stock, artwork, and delivery dates.
• Process artwork, obtain customer approval when required, and confirm order details.
• Monitor order status, provide updates, and contact customers by phone if needed.
• Resolve order‑related issues, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
• Verify all information before setting ship dates and releasing orders to production.
• Ensure production instructions are clear to avoid delays.

Required profile

• Excellent English and German language skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and customer‑service focus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good organization and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Computer literate with strong keyboard skills.
• Familiarity with online database packages.
• Experience with the Matrix/GOPA entry application is a plus.
