Process Engineer

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Process Engineer to join its New Product Introduction team in Ben Arous, Tunisia. The role focuses on developing and implementing new manufacturing processes for high‑quality aerospace components using 3P, Kaizen and continuous‑improvement methods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed work instructions, routings and process documentation.
• Provide hands‑on engineering support, troubleshoot production issues and implement timely solutions.
• Coordinate with production, quality and procurement teams to achieve project goals.
• Design tooling and fixtures to improve machining efficiency and precision.
• Train operators and engineers on newly developed processes and record non‑conformances.

Required profile

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of precision CNC machining, GD&T and aerospace standards.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and basic Lean/Six Sigma concepts.
