About the role

Enovis is seeking an entry‑level Process Engineer to join its product development team. You will help turn research discoveries into market‑ready medical technology solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Discover, develop, and evaluate new product ideas and enhancements.
Lead, plan, and track all phases of the product life‑cycle from concept to market introduction.
Appraise ideas for customer need alignment, revenue potential, and market share impact.
Establish product specifications and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales.
Apply basic professional concepts and solve routine, limited‑scope problems following established procedures.

Required profile

University degree (field not specified).
Little to no prior professional experience.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within defined policies.
