About the role
The Press and CNC Setter is responsible for producing parts that meet customer specifications by following established procedures. The role involves setting up, adjusting, and operating presses and CNC machines while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Adjust welding heads and set up Bihler and MISK presses.
- Operate and fine‑tune CNC machines to produce accurate parts.
- Interpret technical drawings and follow control plans.
- Collect production data using the PDCS system.
- Support team members, train beginners/apprentices, and report any drawing issues.
Required profile
- Strong ability to communicate effectively.
- Motivated, flexible, and eager to learn best practices.
- Initiative‑driven with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Comfortable working independently or within a team.
Required skills
- CNC machine operation and setup.
