Preplanning Engineer

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Preplanning Engineer to drive continuous improvement of production concepts, ensuring higher quality, efficiency, and optimal use of space. You will work within a fast‑paced, innovative environment that blends startup agility with the discipline of a global leader.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement production concepts while respecting engineering rules such as kits, sequences, WPO, ergonomics, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with EOS procedures and quality requirements.
• Monitor and update PFMEA and production flow charts as changes occur.
• Participate in improvement projects and support certification and customer audits.
• Manage auxiliary personnel, including overtime control.
• Track MSD reports and ensure smooth audit processes.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar industrial role.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Good verbal and written English.
