Precertification Junior Assessor

About the role

The Precertification Junior Assessor supports Allianz Partners by reviewing and processing precertification requests and claims. Working in a 24/7 shift‑based environment, you will interact with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure accurate eligibility decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and process precertification requests against medical and policy criteria within agreed timeframes.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from providers, clarifying medical information and explaining coverage decisions.
• Coordinate daily workflow with colleagues and other departments to meet deadlines and maintain high service levels.
• Identify and report issues or unusual cases, suggesting improvements to processes and tools.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with operational standards, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Utilise AI, machine learning, data analytics and cloud‑based tools responsibly, adhering to data governance and security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Anesthesia and Intensive Care or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience and 1+ year of claims or precertification experience in an insurance/TPA environment.
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay accurate and organised under pressure, including shift work.
• Collaborative, service‑focused attitude and ability to work with senior managers, peers and external partners.
