PMO Intern — Project Management & AI Automation

About the role

We are seeking a proactive PMO Intern to join Medius in Tunis. The internship focuses on implementing a predefined project‑management framework and leveraging artificial‑intelligence tools to automate its core activities. This is a build‑oriented position where you will create tangible processes that the organization will use.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and documenting the end‑to‑end project‑management process, covering intake, planning, execution, tracking and closure.
• Apply a lightweight methodology with gates and milestones to ensure practical governance.
• Develop the reporting layer to provide transparent project status and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI technologies.

Required profile
