Plant Production Control & Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Plant Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) Manager to lead production control and logistics activities at our plant, aligning with the Division/Business Group PC&L strategy. The role involves managing a team responsible for customer management, deliveries, production planning, and flow management while ensuring compliance with standard processes and budgetary targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the logistics team, set objectives, and oversee recruitment, training, and development.
• Prepare and propose the Industrial and Commercial Plan (PIC) and manage the Program Director of Production (PDP).
• Control the plant’s logistics performance and implement improvement actions in coordination with other functions.
• Ensure adherence to PC&L standard processes and manage the department budget.
• Introduce new programs into the plant and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role or proven managerial experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.
• Proven capability to train, coach, and develop staff at all levels.
• Excellent communication, relational skills, and leadership qualities.
• Fluent in French and English.
