Plant HR Manager – Manufacturing Site

About the role

Prysmian is seeking an experienced Plant HR Manager to lead human‑resources activities at its Menzel‑Bouzelfa plant. The role combines strategic HR planning with hands‑on execution, supporting both blue‑collar and white‑collar staff while ensuring compliance with local labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement people initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for blue‑collar positions, managing agency relationships as needed.
• Maintain and develop trade‑union relations on the site.
• Oversee plant payroll, time‑keeping, and personnel administration, including medical checks, accident reporting, meal vouchers, and ISTAT questionnaires.
• Manage employee records in SAP and Workday, generate HR KPI reports, and monitor headcount and labour cost.
• Support the preparation of the annual HR budget and provide regular cost analysis.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of HR experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with solid knowledge of labour law.
• Progressive HR responsibilities for at least 6 years, showing steady career growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to translate business goals into HR policies and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP HR modules.
• Experience using Workday for personnel administration.
