Photo Retoucher (Remote – Tunisia)

About the role

Vistaprint is looking for a skilled Photo Retoucher to join its Creative Services team. The role is remote‑based in Tunisia and focuses on preparing high‑quality product photography for the company’s digital asset management system and proprietary scene‑rendering platform.

Key responsibilities

• Upload, format and prepare product photography for the scene‑rendering platform.
• Retouch, color‑correct, crop and mask product images according to style guides.
• Maintain digital asset organization and upload images to the DAM tool.
• Perform quality assurance on all images and resolve technical or creative issues.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers and senior retouchers to implement feedback.
• Suggest workflow improvements and support ad‑hoc imaging tasks.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Proactive, motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with high‑visibility product photography projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (including masks, smart objects, layers, pen tool).
• High technical proficiency with Mac OS X and Windows PCs.
• Experience using a Wacom pen tablet (preferred).
• Strong color‑correction and masking techniques.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.
