Pharmacovigilance Specialist – ICSR Unit (Remote, Tunisia)

About the role

Join a global healthcare organisation as a Pharmacovigilance Specialist in the ICSR Unit. You will work remotely from Tunisia, processing individual case safety reports and supporting patient safety activities across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end processing of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in line with global procedures and regulatory timelines.
• Enter, code, review, and document safety data accurately, ensuring complete case files.
• Support global pharmacovigilance operations by evaluating case completeness, obtaining missing information, and maintaining proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP), and regulatory requirements, and assist with audit readiness.
• Collaborate with internal and cross‑functional teams, communicate case queries, and escalate quality or compliance concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, preferably with ICSR processing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with global pharmacovigilance regulations and reporting timelines.

Required skills

• Accurate data entry and medical coding.
• Quality review of safety cases.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge (SOPs, GVP).
