Pharmacovigilance Data Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Pharmacovigilance Data Officer to join our Patient Safety team. You will be responsible for triaging, assessing, and entering safety case data from a variety of sources while ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines and internal SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial triage and assessment of pharmacovigilance cases.
• Process cases from spontaneous reports, health authorities, scientific literature and other sources.
• Enter safety information into the pharmacovigilance database and perform pre‑data entry checks.
• Identify missing data, prepare follow‑up requests and update internal trackers.
• Complete quality‑control checklists, support CAPA actions and archive case documents.
• Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance Officers, medical writers, database administrators and other team members.

Required profile

• University degree in pharmacy, life sciences, biology, healthcare or a related scientific field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance case management or safety data entry.
• Good professional level of English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with a pharmacovigilance or safety database (e.g., Safety Easy, Ennov).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for trackers and checklists.
• Familiarity with pharmacovigilance terminology and case‑processing procedures.
