About the role

Constructiv Group is seeking a full‑time remote Personal Secretary to support daily administrative operations and executive needs. The role involves managing communications, scheduling, and document organization while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements.
Handle email and phone communications, organize digital documents, and prepare correspondence.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and basic report preparation.

Required profile

Strong personal and executive assistance experience with proven reliability and discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Required skills

Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Comfort using remote work tools such as email, video conferencing, and shared drives.
