Performance Manager

About the role

The Performance Manager will be based in El Fahs and work full‑time on‑site. You will drive the monitoring and improvement of operational, financial and service performance across the organization, using data‑driven insights to close gaps and support strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance reports and identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Set, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with department leads.
• Design and implement performance improvement plans and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and deliver training programmes to boost team capabilities.
• Support budgeting, cost‑control and resource‑allocation decisions aligned with performance goals.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates and recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting reports and engaging with stakeholders.
• Experience in performance management, business consulting, operations or organizational development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with performance dashboards and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• PowerPoint for creating presentations.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
