People Operations Manager

About the role

As a People Operations Manager at Hilton, you will lead the daily HR functions for our hotel team, ensuring that every guest experience is supported by a motivated and engaged workforce. You will be the bridge between corporate HR policies and the on‑the‑ground execution that creates a warm, welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee core HR operations including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
• Drive employee engagement through recognition programs, special events, and culture‑building activities.
• Manage HR systems and data, track employment transitions, generate reports, and handle unemployment claims.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor the HR team, conducting performance evaluations and fostering professional development.
