People Engagement Manager

About the role

As a People Engagement Manager at Regnology, you will shape and drive the learning and engagement strategy to support the company’s evolving needs. You will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure employees have the tools, skills, and environment to grow and thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt the learning strategy based on organizational priorities.
• Gather and analyse learning needs from internal stakeholders.
• Oversee training registration processes and manage the learning budget.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning tools and identify ways to boost adoption.
• Deliver internal training and learning sessions when relevant.
• Lead the company‑wide engagement management program.
• Plan and run engagement surveys and related debriefing workshops.
• Develop actionable plans based on survey insights and track implementation progress.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development activities in an international environment.
• Ability to assess training needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
• Strong skills in designing and delivering learning programs.
• Experience with internal stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with engagement initiatives such as surveys, debriefs, and action planning.
• Project management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities.
• Proactive, people‑focused, and improvement‑oriented.
• Fluent in English.
