People Business Partner – Tunisia

About the role

The People Business Partner will support Opella’s Megrine site by aligning HR initiatives with business priorities. You will act as a strategic advisor to site leadership, driving talent management, employee engagement and organizational development within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy HR strategies, programs and processes on the site, translating business priorities into HR actions.
• Participate in the Country HR Management Team and lead transversal HR projects, partnering with centers of expertise.
• Represent HR in the Site Leadership Team, manage stakeholder relationships including Social Partners, and support site head and leadership.
• Lead cultural and organizational change initiatives that foster innovation, performance and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on people management, recruitment, talent development, diversity & inclusion, and performance management.
• Ensure fair implementation of rewards and performance policies.
• Drive employer branding, candidate attraction, student programs and employee retention activities.
• Manage employer‑employee relations and maintain open dialogue with Social Partners.
• Conduct strategic workforce planning, support headcount budgeting and cost forecasting.
• Partner with Recruitment Hub and hiring managers to deliver timely, high‑quality recruitment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into HR solutions and influence senior leaders.
• Excellent knowledge of talent management, performance management, rewards, and employee relations.
• Experience driving cultural change and organizational development initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
