PEGA Developer (French) – Relocation to Portugal

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PEGA Developer who is fluent in French and English to join our team in Portugal. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining PEGA‑based solutions for clients in banking, insurance, telecommunications and energy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and configure PEGA applications according to functional specifications.
• Integrate PEGA solutions with Java components and external Web Services.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a PEGA Developer.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and French (B2+).
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork and ability to prioritize tasks.

Required skills

• PEGA platform development.
• Java programming.
• Design and consumption of Web Services (REST/SOAP).
