Part‑Time Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & TikTok Ads) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok advertising campaigns for the events and ticketing industry. This part‑time freelance position requires roughly one hour of work per day and is ideal for someone with proven experience scaling campaigns for festivals, concerts, nightlife, and other entertainment brands.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise Meta and TikTok ad campaigns focused on ticket sales and ROAS.
• Monitor daily performance, retarget website visitors and build conversion funnels.
• Test creatives, audiences and campaign strategies to continuously improve KPIs.
• Work closely with the internal team to align campaigns with upcoming events and launches.
• Provide quick reporting and performance insights.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
