Part-time TikTok Creator Partnerships Specialist (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a part‑time TikTok Creator Partnerships Specialist to join its global, multilingual team. You will work remotely, coordinating creator campaigns and ensuring smooth collaboration between creators and the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and provide day‑to‑day operational support across TikTok campaigns.
• Handle creator outreach, negotiate rates and deliverables, and manage the full creator pipeline (outreach, contracts, content, payment).
• Review and approve creator content drafts against brand and campaign guidelines.
• Send and track creator agreements, process payments on schedule, and maintain reporting on creator status, spend and performance.
• Flag disputes or at‑risk relationships to internal teams with clear context.
• Follow internal procedures and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Excellent English (C1 level) – both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
• Proven ability to deliver tasks reliably and on schedule.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to handle time‑sensitive communications.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
