About the role

Golden Coffee is expanding its production team and is looking for motivated production workers to join its manufacturing floor. The role involves supporting the coffee processing and packaging lines while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

Participate in production and packaging operations.
Feed and monitor production lines to maintain continuous flow.
Follow hygiene, safety and quality instructions at all times.
Keep the workstation tidy and organized.

Required profile

Serious, punctual and dynamic attitude.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
First experience in an industrial or agri‑food setting is a plus, but beginners are welcome.
