Outbound Sales Advisor - Italian Speaker

About the role

As an Outbound Sales Advisor you will contact existing customers of National Pen to promote and sell a range of products. Working from a pre‑loaded call list, you will build long‑term professional relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Call existing customers using a pre‑loaded file and drive sales growth.
• Manage a database of unassigned accounts, meeting key performance targets.
• Address customer issues efficiently and keep them informed about new products.
• Accurately enter order details into the system.
• Achieve weekly sales, call volume, and revenue targets.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, brainstorming new sales techniques.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through training and coaching.
• Execute any additional tasks or projects assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Fluent Italian with an acceptable level of English.
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in a contact‑center environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a team.
