Operations Manager – US Trucking & Logistics (Remote, Night Shift)

About the role

You will be the operational engine of the business, responsible for getting the full fleet generating revenue, managing administrative compliance, and leading the local Tunisian support team. No prior US trucking experience is required; we will train you on industry rules, but you must excel at building systems, managing people, and delivering results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an 8‑truck US fleet and unblock bottlenecks to get parked trucks back on the road.
• Manage company paperwork, commercial insurance renewals, and strict US transport compliance documents.
• Act as escalation point for on‑the‑road driver issues and dispatch communications.
• Directly manage the dedicated recruiter in Tunisia, track lead conversion rates, audit call quality, and ensure hiring targets for US team drivers are met.
• Manage the in‑house IT developer, provide clear instructions for automating operational bottlenecks, and lead rollout of the OpenClaw AI framework.
• Design and oversee automated workflows that extract and manage load/dispatch data received via Telegram.
• Document standard operating procedures for the entire company, transitioning from manual to highly automated, scalable processes.
