Operations Generalist – Remote (Tunisia)

About the role

Storyteller is looking for an Operations Generalist to join a fast‑growing B2B SaaS platform. You will work remotely from anywhere in Tunisia, taking ownership of real problems across product, client, and infrastructure domains. The role is ideal for self‑motivated individuals who thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy moving quickly from idea to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end recruitment, leveraging the latest technology to attract top talent.
• Set up and manage product operations for client implementations, including proof‑of‑concepts and troubleshooting.
• Engage directly with clients on calls, gather feedback, and provide first‑line support.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI models, run evaluations, and maintain the AI tooling stack.
• Own SaaS, AI, and cloud cost management, identifying waste and negotiating spend.

Required profile

• Proactive doer who can own ambiguity and ship rough solutions quickly.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats – from talking to developers to handling client calls.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a bias for action.
• Passion for technology, AI, and high‑growth product environments.
