Operations Generalist

About the role

Storyteller is a fast‑growing B2B SaaS platform that enables companies to embed Stories into their digital products. As an Operations Generalist you will own end‑to‑end operational tasks, turning ambiguous problems into concrete solutions while supporting our high‑growth product used by global sports brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment cycles, leveraging modern tools to attract and retain top talent.
• Set up and manage product deployments for clients, including proof‑of‑concepts and troubleshooting.
• Engage directly with clients on calls, gather feedback, and provide first‑line support.
• Evaluate new AI models, run performance tests, and decide on adoption or replacement.
• Monitor SaaS, AI, and cloud costs, identify waste, and negotiate spend.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and delivers results quickly.
• Comfortable juggling technical, client‑facing, and financial tasks within the same week.
• Strong communication skills to interact with developers, clients, and internal teams.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth settings or having built/run a small venture.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud billing dashboards.
• Basic understanding of AI model evaluation and tooling.
• Experience with product operations, client support, or recruitment processes.
