Onsite IT Support Specialist – Desktop & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Onsite IT Support Specialist to deliver end‑user assistance, maintain office IT infrastructure, and support asset and project operations. The role combines hands‑on technical work with coordination of remote teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Provision, deploy, replace and decommission IT equipment, handling imaging and labeling.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues, escalating to Level 2 when needed.
• Maintain network connectivity, printing, voice, AV and workplace technologies, including switches, routers and access points.
• Assist with smart‑office solutions, conference‑room tech and coordinate vendor maintenance.
• Manage IT assets: receive, label, track, audit inventory and ensure compliance with asset policies.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, infrastructure projects and business events.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience supporting Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints.
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, access points).
• Experience with asset management and inventory control processes.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams and vendors.
