ODS Leader – Service Sales (Tunisia & CIV)

About the role

The ODS Leader will drive service sales for GE Healthcare in Tunisia and the Cote d'Ivoire region. Working with defined product lines and accounts, you will prospect, qualify, quote and close new business while supporting service revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and exceed service sales targets for assigned product lines and accounts.
• Implement a proactive call schedule to grow sales and generate qualified opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and demonstrate the value of service offerings.
• Maintain a balanced sales funnel, achieve account penetration and improve capture rates.
• Build consultative relationships with key buying influences using installed‑base data, reports and cold‑calling.
• Track activities and opportunities through CRM tools.
• Collaborate with field sales, service personnel and internal teams to maximize service value.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and ensure seamless teamwork across sales and commercial functions.

Required profile

• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of service products, equipment modalities and service environments.
• Familiarity with installed‑base information and service sales processes.
• Proficiency in the required language(s) for the region.
