Observability Engineer / SRE / DevOps (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

DXHero is seeking an experienced Observability Engineer to join its Technical Team. You will work remotely with European clients, helping them implement and optimise Datadog solutions, improve system reliability and reduce downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Datadog for enterprise customers or assist their engineers during online deployments.
• Provide technical support for Datadog via Slack, Microsoft Teams or virtual meetings.
• Conduct comprehensive usage scans, generate optimisation reports and recommend best‑practice configurations.
• Create custom dashboards, alerts and monitoring pipelines tailored to client environments.
• Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge and continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of professional experience in Observability, SRE or DevOps (exceptional candidates with 3–5 years are also considered).
• Fluent in English and French, with strong communication skills for client interactions.
• Proactive mindset, able to anticipate issues and propose improvements.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Datadog (implementation, dashboarding, alerting).
• Familiarity with remote support tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.
• Solid understanding of monitoring, logging and tracing concepts.
