Job description

The NRC Country Office based in Tunis supports Area Offices located in Tripoli and Benghazi. Its humanitarian interventions focus on shelter and settlements, education, and information, counselling, and legal assistance (ICLA) – protection from violence (PfV), with an emphasis on safe and inclusive programming for people affected by conflict. NRC’s programming in Libya aims to meet vital needs through sustainable solutions that increase early recovery outcomes via integrated programme responses. In the complex operating environment of 2025, NRC seeks to strengthen the quality, responsiveness, integration, and sustainability of its programmes. This requires high‑quality monitoring, evidence, accountability and learning systems to ensure oversight and effectiveness of programmes for the people.
