Method Engineer

About the role

The Method Engineer will drive continuous improvement of the production concept, focusing on quality, efficiency, and space utilization. Working within Versigent, a division of Aptiv, you will help design and implement manufacturing processes that support modern electrified products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement production concepts while adhering to engineering standards such as kits, sequences, WPO, ergonomics, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with EOS procedures and monitor MSD reports.
• Participate in improvement projects and continuously enhance quality and efficiency performance.
• Manage certification and customer audits to maintain compliance.
• Oversee auxiliary personnel, including overtime control.
• Review production flow diagrams (PFD) and keep PFMEA updates current.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar industrial role.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
