Medical Tourism Coordinator – International Patient Services

About the role

Dentique, a modern dental clinic in Istanbul, Turkey, is looking for a full‑time Medical Tourism Coordinator based in Hammamet. You will be the primary point of contact for international patients traveling to Turkey for cosmetic dentistry and implant treatments, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience from first inquiry to post‑treatment follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire patient journey, from initial contact through travel arrangements and post‑treatment care.
• Coordinate medical and travel schedules, liaising between patients, dentists, and medical specialists.
• Handle online and phone inquiries, prepare detailed treatment and travel itineraries, and arrange accommodation and local transfers.
• Provide clear guidance on clinic procedures, documentation requirements, and medical tourism protocols.
• Maintain accurate records in line with clinic policies and support multidisciplinary communication.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of medicine and patient‑care principles, with awareness of cardiology, neurology, and orthopaedic considerations.
• Experience in medical tourism, international patient coordination, or healthcare administration, preferably within dentistry or cosmetic medicine.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional proficiency in Turkish, Arabic, or other languages is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and documentation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to support diverse patient backgrounds.
