Medical Science Liaison – Radiology

About the role

Bayer is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specialized in Radiology to act as the scientific bridge between the company and the radiology community across the Maghreb region. The role supports both regional and broader MENA Medical Affairs initiatives, ensuring that scientific insights inform patient‑focused strategies and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scientific partnerships with thought leaders, healthcare professionals and medical societies.
• Communicate and exchange scientific information related to Bayer’s radiology portfolio.
• Generate actionable medical insights to support local medical strategy and cross‑functional decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory and other internal stakeholders to enable integrated customer engagement.
• Drive scientific exchange through advisory boards, educational meetings, scientific discussions and medical education initiatives.
• Monitor scientific developments, competitor activities and emerging trends in radiology.
• Support evidence generation activities and contribute to medical projects aligned with local healthcare needs.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research, drug information or related healthcare roles.
• Basic knowledge of radiology is a plus.
• Fluent in French with strong English language skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional teams.
