Medical Sales Promoter – Cosmetics

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Medical Sales Promoter specialized in cosmetics to join our team in Tunis. The role focuses on promoting and selling innovative cosmetic products to healthcare professionals, clinics and retail outlets across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities in the medical cosmetics field.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our cosmetic products to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and leveraging market insights.
• Provide expert advice on product features, benefits and usage, emphasizing the medical aspects of the cosmetic line.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics in the medical cosmetics sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns for healthcare professionals.
• Attend medical conferences, trade shows and industry events to promote our products and expand our network.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and product inventory using CRM software.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical or cosmetic product sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and decision‑makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French language skills are a plus.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
