Mason – Temporary Assignment (Hotel Maintenance)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our hotel maintenance team on a temporary basis. The role involves performing masonry work to maintain, repair, and renovate hotel facilities while ensuring high‑quality finishes that reflect the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Repair walls, partitions, floors, stairways, terraces, walkways and other masonry structures.
• Carry out tiling, plastering, pointing and finishing works according to hotel quality standards.
• Participate in renovation projects for guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, meeting rooms and recreational facilities.
• Inspect damaged structures, recommend corrective actions and prepare surfaces and materials for work.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, maintenance work orders and technical instructions.
• Collaborate with plumbers, electricians, painters and carpenters to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
• Maintain safe work areas, follow health, safety and environmental regulations, and keep tools and equipment in good condition.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum two years of masonry experience in a hotel or similar environment.
• Ability to work safely, lift up to 50 lb, and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting and reaching.
• Good communication skills and professional appearance.
