Marketing Manager

About the role

ASH consulting is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of its recruitment, training, and business advisory services. You will shape and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and support sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
• Manage brand positioning and create compelling content for websites, social media, email, and printed materials.
• Conduct market research, analyze campaign performance, and produce regular reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging.
• Organize events, workshops, and other activities that enhance market presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within professional services, HR, or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; certifications are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent project‑management, organizational, and analytical abilities.
