Marketing Manager

About the role

CODIS is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to shape and execute its marketing strategy. You will be responsible for building a strong brand presence and driving growth across both digital and offline channels in the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and enhance CODIS’s brand visibility across social media, website, events and partner activations.
• Lead social media strategy, content creation and campaign execution.
• Plan and coordinate product launches, events and partner collaborations.
• Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and support business development.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance to optimise tactics.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies and media partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of proven marketing experience, preferably in IT or technology.
• Strong communication and project‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset combined with solid analytical skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
