Marketing & Communication Internship (Hybrid, Tunis)

About the role

SIROCCO AI, a Tunisian AI‑driven HR startup, is looking for its first marketing hire. This 2‑3 month internship, based at The Dot Coworking in Lac 2, Tunis, offers a hybrid schedule (four days onsite, one day remote) and a stipend of 400 TND per month.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the LinkedIn pages for SIROCCO AI and its SaaS product, publishing 3‑4 posts per week and reporting on impressions, engagement and leads.
• Write bilingual blog articles on AI recruitment, the EU AI Act, psychometric assessment and language certification, perform basic SEO, and produce a monthly newsletter for HR prospects.
• Create product brochures, one‑pagers, prospecting email templates, update French website content, and design social‑media visuals using Canva or similar tools.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Bac+3 in Marketing, Communication or Digital.
• Excellent written French and professional English.
• Strong interest in HR, artificial intelligence or tech startups.
• Creative, rigorous and able to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for business use.
• Experience using Canva for visual design.
• Familiarity with a planning tool such as Buffer, Notion or Hootsuite.
