Marketing Associate – Tunisia/Libya

About the role

The Marketing Associate will join Roche’s Customer Engagement Chapter to help translate disease‑area strategies into high‑quality, customer‑centric campaigns across Tunisia and Libya. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Lead, you will work closely with Squad Leads, Patient Journey Partners and the Africa CXI Network to ensure seamless omnichannel activation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute customer engagement activities aligned with disease‑area priorities.
• Support omnichannel campaign activation and ensure field readiness.
• Transform customer insights into actionable engagement plans.
• Collaborate with Squad Leads, Patient Journey Partners and the Africa CXI Network to maintain consistent delivery.
• Maintain operational excellence and high‑quality execution throughout the affiliate execution engine.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing execution within a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and touchpoints.
• Commitment to delivering value for patients, healthcare professionals and systems.
