Manufacturing Engineer II – Aerospace Production

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support the development and launch of new aircraft engine components. The role focuses on creating manufacturing documentation, validating processes, and driving continuous improvement within a high‑performance production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new product manufacturing packages, including work instructions, procedures, and process documents.
• Manage APQP phases and associated documentation: feasibility assessment, package preparation, iterations, production preparation plan, readiness review, and process run.
• Validate new and existing processes to meet customer requirements and investigate process‑related issues.
• Assist in shop‑floor training for iteration steps and production runs.
• Enter new product and manufacturing data into the ERP system.
• Participate in non‑conforming product meetings and product disposition.
• Lead or support Kaizen, cost‑saving, and EHS improvement activities.
• Provide technical support for equipment validation and qualification.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Materials Science, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Proficient reading of blueprints, technical drawings, tooling designs and specifications.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
