Manufacturing Engineer I

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to support the production of complex aircraft engine components. The role focuses on creating manufacturing documentation, driving process validation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure products meet stringent customer and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop work instructions, procedures, and process documents for product manufacturing.
• Manage APQP phases, including feasibility assessment, package preparation, iterations, production preparation, and readiness reviews.
• Validate new and existing processes to meet customer specifications and investigate process‑related issues.
• Assist in shop‑floor training for iteration steps and production runs.
• Implement new product and manufacturing packages in the ERP system.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement, cost‑saving, Kaizen workshops, and EHS activities.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Material Science, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 2‑3 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Good level of English and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and tooling designs.
• Process validation and equipment qualification.
• Implementation of manufacturing packages in ERP systems.
• Knowledge of APQP methodology.
