Manager, Environmental Health & Safety

About the role

The EHS Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for all environmental, health and safety matters across the Tunisia sites of Pursuit Aerospace. The role drives compliance, reduces incidents, and improves overall safety performance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the EHS Management System manual and local legislation.
• Monitor and improve EHS performance, including accident reduction, investigations and risk assessments.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification processes and maintain related documentation.
• Provide accurate reporting on environmental performance, energy and water use.
• Deliver interactive EHS training and support continuous improvement across business units.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills with a systematic approach.
• Minimum NEBOSH National General Certificate (or working towards diploma) and IOSH chartered membership (or working towards).
• Relevant environmental qualification (AIEMA or equivalent) preferred.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
