Managed Service Analyst Lead

About the role

The Managed Service Analyst Lead will join FIS's Capital Markets Managed Service team, supporting hosted clients across EMEA markets. This role bridges technical delivery and client interaction, ensuring smooth operation of critical financial systems and delivering tailored solutions for investment banks and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and support the middle‑office service delivery run‑tech team for hosted clients.
• Collaborate with top investment banks and brokers to design technical and functional solutions.
• Facilitate client change communication, provide product support, and engage professional‑services resources.
• Prepare presentations, support estimations, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Analyze, resolve, and manage incident life‑cycles, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with development, professional services, business analysis, and CIO teams to improve production stability.
• Participate in ongoing stability enhancement projects and author high‑quality documentation.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and in a team.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, including 1‑2 years in banking, finance, capital markets or FinTech.
• Hands‑on experience with UNIX, shell scripting, Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Fluent in French and English, capable of discussing technical and commercial solutions.
• Familiarity with IT service‑management and software development processes.
• Proven ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications and support SaaS platforms.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and experienced in producing clear documentation.
