Maintenance Technician – Production Lines

About the role

Autoliv is looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep its production lines running at peak performance. You will ensure equipment reliability, support continuous improvement, and help maintain the highest quality standards for safety‑critical automotive components.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain production lines in operational condition, prioritising maintenance tasks to ensure continuity.
• Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, addressing equipment failures and non‑conformities promptly.
• Participate in SQCDM, QOS, AMG, PFMEA audits, workshops and approval meetings, contributing to action plans.
• Monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues and keep equipment availability at optimal levels.
• Maintain accurate equipment documentation, process data, indicators and reports in the relevant systems.
• Support TPM activities, capacity studies and the development of work instructions and maintenance standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and EHS regulations, and take part in risk assessments and emergency response.

Required profile

• Vocational high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance department, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC systems.
