Maintenance Technician – Production Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability, availability and safety of our production equipment. You will work closely with production and engineering teams to keep machines running efficiently and support the introduction of new equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults.
• Provide rapid interventions to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement programmes such as Kaizen and TPM.
• Manage tooling and spare‑parts inventory.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimise equipment performance.

Required profile

• Diploma in industrial maintenance, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with cutting and crimping machines.
• Good proficiency in Excel.
• Bilingual skills in English are a plus.
