Maintenance Team Leader

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of power distribution and connectivity products for the automotive industry, is looking for a Maintenance Team Leader in Mateur. The role manages and supervises the Maintenance organisation according to defined objectives and KPIs, with functional accountability for maintenance at plant level.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Maintenance unit, lead direct reports and plan regular team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests
• Define team members' objectives, tasks and responsibilities, monitor results and identify their training and development needs
• Identify improvement opportunities, propose measures for team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching and change management, and contribute to service delivery improvements
• Ensure implementation of preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance for production equipment, facility equipment and tools, and the installation, movement and re-qualification of equipment and tools
• Ensure maintenance of utilities (cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting) and of firefighting, fire prevention and security camera systems, via internal teams or external suppliers
• Implement LTPM and monitor, analyse and improve process performance

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance
• Fluent French and English at B2 level

• Equipment maintenance and repair, preventive and predictive maintenance, machine operation and troubleshooting
• Performance improvement (CAPA, SMED, process validation)
• MES and reporting tools
