Maintenance Supervisor – KS/VK Plant

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the reception, installation, commissioning and hand‑over of new machines at our KS/VK plant. The role ensures equipment availability, drives preventive and corrective maintenance, and promotes a safe, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee reception, installation, commissioning and hand‑over of new equipment.
• Maintain standardisation, cleanliness and professional presentation of machines, workstations and maintenance areas.
• Guarantee machine availability, including backup equipment, in line with daily production planning.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities, validate interventions and ensure sustained equipment reliability.
• Analyse breakdowns, production stoppages and recurring faults; implement corrective and root‑cause actions.
• Monitor spare‑parts consumption, control abnormal usage and meet cost and inventory targets.
• Lead, train, coach and evaluate maintenance technicians and support operator training.
• Coordinate preventive‑maintenance planning with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain and update maintenance systems and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and internal procedures; prepare for audits and external visits.
• Manage maintenance resources, tools and budget according to policies and legal requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardisation, cost reduction and equipment performance optimisation.
• Enforce HSE policies, assess risks and promote a strong safety and environmental culture.

Required profile

• Higher Technician diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field, preferably in a maintenance department.
• Solid technical knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance processes and troubleshooting.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team‑oriented environment while showing leadership and initiative.
• Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑management and customer‑oriented mindset.
