Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of technicians across rotating shifts to ensure that plant machinery operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. Reporting to the Maintenance Section Leader, you will coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance while aligning activities with production priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and schedule maintenance technicians across all shifts to maintain consistent performance.
• Plan, execute and oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on all equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and drive timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure clear shift handovers and effective communication between teams.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections and spare‑part usage in the CMMS.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Section Leader to align maintenance work with production needs.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities to boost equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Experience working in shift‑based or 24/7 operations.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and proven leadership skills.
