Maintenance Specialist / Lead Technician

About the role
LEONI is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to ensure the technical availability of production and facility equipment, support Total Productive Maintenance, and reduce unplanned downtime.
Key responsibilities
- Track and maintain the maintenance schedule for production equipment, tools, and utilities.
- Support preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance activities, including spare‑part list creation and stock optimisation.
- Evaluate repair reports, recommend actions to minimise unplanned maintenance, and monitor performance of maintenance activities.
- Ensure installation, movement, re‑qualification of equipment, and maintenance of utilities, fire‑prevention, security cameras and related software.
Required profile
- Minimum education: BTS in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical or equivalent.
- Experience in an industrial or production environment.
- Analytical mindset, thoroughness and ability to prioritise.
- Team player with initiative and a proactive attitude.
