Maintenance Equipment Supervisor – Manufacturing

About the role

COFICAB is seeking a Maintenance Equipment Supervisor to lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities at its Medjez el beb facility. The role ensures high equipment availability, supports critical failure diagnostics, and drives continuous improvement within budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance policies, checklists, and technical documentation.
• Monitor and prioritize work requests, schedule work orders, and allocate resources.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with standards, industrial norms, and budget.
• Provide on‑site support for complex equipment failures, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Inspect intervention quality, analyze reports, and verify record accuracy in the CMMS system.
• Identify repetitive failures, conduct root‑cause analysis, and lead problem‑solving workshops.
• Review spare‑parts requirements, monitor inventory, and manage repair processes.
• Analyze maintenance KPIs and define continuous‑improvement plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in automotive or related sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root‑cause investigations.
• Capability to develop technical documentation and training programs for maintenance teams.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage work orders and resource allocation.
