Logistics Planner – Optimize Supply Chain Operations

About the role

Join the Logistics team in Sousse as a Logistics Planner, playing a key role in optimizing logistics processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting world‑class supply chain operations for a leading automotive supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing measures to ensure sustainable logistical delivery quality.
• Participate in flow‑optimizations such as value‑stream mapping and design as the basis for logistic planning.
• Prepare logistic concepts and packaging plans, define storage types according to standards, and regularly review them.
• Apply systems and calculation tools for storage levels, FIFO buffers, route planning and Kanban buffers.
• Create work instructions and support the preparation of emergency plans and concepts.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Logistics or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply‑chain processes.
• Very good knowledge of Lean tools and continuous‑improvement practices.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent English; German is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
